Indeed, practising together offers a remarkable added value and is a great inspiration to renew our motivation and our individual practice, formal and informal alike.
Weekly online practices combine traditional Mindfulness meditations with additional inputs coming from readings, creative activities, movement therapy, poetry therapy and more – while always adopting the playful, open attitude typical of the ‘beginner’s mind’.
