This free workshop is an introduction to a larger course  that is meant to support one of the most meaningful moments in a woman’s – but also in a couple’s – life.  It is often not experienced with the full awareness of what is happening and what is going to happen, and is characterized by more stress than we’d like to admit.

 

During the upcoming course we will draw on specific Mindfulness practices covered in the MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Protocol – attention to the body, thoughts, emotions – complemented with hypnobirthing exercises, reflection on stress reactions, patterns and advice to help future parents face this beautiful challenge in the best way possible. There will be opportunities to share one’s experiences and ask questions. We will also invite you to become part of a community for ongoing connection and support.

 

Supporting material will be provided such as readings, yoga postures, recordings of practices, dietary recommendations and more – based on medical indications and Mindfulness practices.
